Taking My Turn

Taking My Turn is an off-Broadway revue about growing older, built from interviews with people reflecting on their own lives and the milestones of aging. An ensemble of veteran performers, including Margaret Whiting and Cissy Houston, moves through a series of songs and spoken vignettes rather than a single plot. It has no central story: it's a collection of voices on what it means to enter later life.
