An Irishman named Finian and his daughter Sharon arrive in the fictional Southern town of Rainbow Valley, Missitucky, after stealing a leprechaun's pot of gold. The leprechaun Og follows to reclaim it, and their buried gold grants stray wishes amid a fight with a bigoted senator.
