Mar i Cel is a Catalan-language musical by the theater company Dagoll Dagom, based on the play by Angel Guimera and adapted by Xavier Bru de Sala with music by Albert Guinovart. Set in the western Mediterranean in 1629, it follows a forbidden love between Said, a Morisco pirate, and Blanca, a Christian prisoner. It premiered at the Teatre Victoria in Barcelona in October 1988.
