Book John Weidman
A dance musical conceived by Susan Stroman and John Weidman, made of three separate one-act stories told through movement to recorded music, with no live singing. The pieces are set in 18th-century France, 1950s New York, and present-day New York, each exploring connection and longing. It premiered at Lincoln Center in 1999.
