Our Day Out is a stage musical by Willy Russell, adapted from his own 1977 television play, with additional songs by Chris Mellor and Bob Eaton. It follows Mrs Kay's remedial 'Progress Class' of schoolchildren from Liverpool on a day trip to Conwy Castle in North Wales, chaperoned by the strict deputy head Mr. Briggs. It premiered at the Everyman Theatre, Liverpool, in 1983.
