Let 'Em Eat Cake is a 1933 political satire with music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Ira Gershwin, and a book by George S. Kaufman and Morrie Ryskind. A sequel to Of Thee I Sing, it follows John P. Wintergreen after he loses reelection and, with his former running mate, tries to overthrow the government and install a dictatorship.
