Alice by Heart is a musical by Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik that premiered off-Broadway at MCC Theater in 2019. During the London Blitz, teenager Alice Spencer shelters in an Underground station with her friend Alfred, and when he falls ill, she retreats into her copy of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, blending it with her own crisis.
