Oliver! is a British musical by Lionel Bart, based on Charles Dickens's novel Oliver Twist. It follows an orphan boy in Victorian London who runs away to the city and falls in with a gang of young pickpockets led by Fagin and the violent Bill Sikes. It premiered in the West End in 1960.
