Oklahoma! is a musical by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, based on Lynn Riggs's play Green Grow the Lilacs. Set in early 1900s Oklahoma Territory, it follows cowboy Curly and farm girl Laurey as their courtship is threatened by the menacing farmhand Jud Fry. It was Rodgers and Hammerstein's first collaboration.
