Harmony

Harmony tells the true story of the Comedian Harmonists, a six man vocal group in 1920s and 1930s Germany, as remembered by one member late in life. It follows their rise to international fame and the group's fracture, its members both Jewish and non-Jewish, once the Nazis took power. Music is by Barry Manilow, book and lyrics by Bruce Sussman. It premiered in San Diego in 1997.
